TokenProject operates as a technical settlement layer. To facilitate our services, we process limited data, primarily consisting of blockchain wallet addresses, transaction hashes, and payout endpoint details (such as UPI IDs or bank account numbers). We do not collect personally identifiable information (PII) beyond what is strictly necessary to execute and verify your settlement requests.
Blockchain Transparency
Please be aware that blockchain transactions are inherently public. Transaction hashes, wallet addresses, and the movement of digital assets are recorded on immutable public ledgers. TokenProject has no control over the data stored on these decentralized networks.
Information Security
We employ institutional-grade encryption and security protocols to protect the data transmitted through our interface. Payout endpoints provided during the settlement process are encrypted and stored in isolated environments for the duration of the transaction lifecycle.
Third-Party Disclosure
TokenProject does not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your information to outside parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with banking partners and payment aggregators is used exclusively to facilitate the requested fiat settlement.
